Our guide service started with the love my husband has for the sport of hunting, my love of business and our combined love for the outdoors.

My husband has been an active hunter since childhood, where I was more of a city kid.

My husband worked in the oil field for many years, but his true passion lied in the hunt. I worked and went to school while raising our family of 5. 

With hard work and determination, I acquired my Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Master of Science in Psychology.

Together my husband and I choose to combine our passions and talents, and soon came up with the Red Oak Guide Service, LLC. We hope that you will see the love and dedication that our family puts into these hunts in order for you and your family to have a hunt of a lifetime!

Vision:

Our vision at Red Oak Guide Service, is to create a unique guide service that anyone can enjoy. We offer the traditional game hunts, as well as nature guides that explore the wonders that Northern Michigan has to offer. In time, we wish to expand our services and location into an outfitter lodging retreat, much like a nature lovers and hunter’s family paradise.

Mission:

            Our mission at Red Oak Guide Service, is to supply every customer with the experience of a lifetime. We want to not only guide, but to create memories and traditions that will last lifetimes. We plan to grow and expand our services over the years to provide a unique experience that anyone will love.
